STARTERS:
1. PATTAR KA GHOST:
@₹500/-
A beautiful plating of mutton pieces on a tile
that has a tangy tikka flavour which is damn juicy and has butter sizzling on it. Squeezing lemon on it makes it even more tastier and chatpata. The green mint chutney is served on big pieces of sautéed onions on the same sizzling tile to keep the natural flavour alive.

2. CHICKEN CHEESE KUTNEY KEBAB:
@₹300/-
This is Farmaaish’s signature dish from the past 5 years. Chicken is stuffed with cheese in the right quantity and is coated with a tangy tikka semi gravy along with sprinkles of coriander on it which is served with mint chutney. Its very easy to eat as its cheesy but at the same time it’s not messy.

4. SMOKED NAMYAM FISH:
@₹400/-
It’s a Thai base soft fish which is square shaped placed in a round plate with a Red Thai sauce spread across the plate. This fish is served with a dip which is called Namyam. This dip is the highlight of the dish as it gives the lemony spicy flavour to the fish. This dip is a mixture of lemongrass along with the some hot green chillies in it. This is one of my favourites at Farmaaish and would recommend you all to try it out if you are a fish lover. Do have it with the dip and the sauce together!

@₹450/-
This dish has chunks of mutton kheema mixed with Indian herbs and topped with apple compost, brown onions and fried mint leaves as it gives a mild flavour of mint not being so strong. All of this is served on tiny atta rotis with a punch of ghee on it. The best thing I have ever had, even after not being a mutton fan.
