ACHAARI BHEL



This snack can get you working in the evening as well, munch while you are working from home.

Ingredients

2 tbsps of pickle oil ( You can use any achaar oil, I used nimbu ka achaar oil)

1 tsp of butter

1 huge bowl of puffed rice/ Muri

½ finely chopped tomato

½ finely chopped capsicum

1 finely chopped onion

2½ Piri Piri Masala


PROCEDURE

1. To a saucepan, add 2 tbsps of pickle oil. Let it heat up and add 1 tsp of butter.

2. One the oil and butter have heated up add the finely chopped capsicum and within 2 mins add the bowl of Muri (Puffed Rice) to the saucepan.

3. On a medium flame keep stirring the capsicum and Muri till they don't become crispy.

4. Once they turn crispy, switch of the flame & add the chopped onions & tomatoes.

5. Add 2½ Piri Piri Masala & mix the entire dish really well.
