A very simple yet tangy taste along with eggs 😍 It is a double decker as it has 2 layers of egg bhuji with a cheese slice in between both the layers.

Ingredients:
1 yellow and 2 white eggs
1 slice of cheese
chicken masala
Garam masala
1/3 cap soya sauce
Green chilli sauce
3 pods of Mushrooms
1/2 tomato finely chopped
1/2 onion finely chopped
7 cloves of garlic mincely chopped
1 tbsp of Lasan chutney (dry)
Olive oil
Butter
1 slice of lemon
Piri Piri powder
Salt
Honey
PROCEDURE:
1. Sauté the garlic, onions in olive oil. Add a little butter for mushrooms and add them into the pan along with the garlic and onions.
2. Remove the sautéed stuff in a bowl and add a little oil to the pan on flame.
3. Break the 2 eggs. We need only one yolk and 2whites ( video on Instagram IGTV @thearistobox - how to separate yellow from white, "The Eggity Trick"). Keep the flame on sim and start beating the egg on the pan while the flame is on sim.
4. Now, once the egg starts to turn golden brown mix the sautéed garlic, onions and mushrooms into the pan along with the eggs and add the tomatoes then.
5. Add 1/2 tsp of chicken masala and may be a bit more according to your taste buds. Add a little bit of garam masala ( garam masala is pretty strong so add really very little like 2-3 small pinches which would be less than half a tsp)
6. Let it cook for 5 minutes. Add very little water so that the masala blends. Add salt according to your taste and keep mixing.
7. Add 1/2 a cap of soya sauce and a little green chilli sauce to all the things on the pan.
8. Mix well while the flame is on sim. Empty half of the hot bhurji into a small bowl, place a cheese slice fully and empty the rest on top of that. Let it settle for 5-10mins in the heat.
9. Reverse the bowl on to a small side plate and it will come out in a bowl shape and the cheese is a bit melted because of the heat so it helps in holding onto the bowl shape.
10. Garnish with 1 tbsp dry lasan chutney and sprinkle some piri piri masala. Glaze one spoon of honey too. Cut a slice of lemon and place on top which is to be squeezed all over the dish when ready to eat.
