A combination of lady's finger stuffed with onions, tomatoes and mushrooms, layered with cheese and honey. Totally an cuisine. Hope you like it :)
(Serves 2)
Ingredients:
8 lady's fingers
1 tomato finely chopped
1 onion finely chopped
3 mushrooms
6 cloves of minced garlic
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp chicken masala
25 gms cheese (amul cheese cube)
Olive oil
Piri masala and salt as per taste
Lemon
Honey
PROCEDURE:
1. Wash the lady's finger properly.
2. Dry them, as the vegetable is already pretty sticky from the inside.
3. Pour 2tsps of olive oil in the non stick frying pan. Let the oil heat for 2 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, wash the mushrooms properly and boil them for 15-20mins.
5. Now on the other side, add the chopped garlic and stir. Then add the onions are finely chopped.
6. Let the onions become golden brown. After the mushrooms are ready add some butter to the pan and put the chopped mushrooms in along with the garlic and onions.
7. Add garam masala and chicken masala and keep stiring. Add the chopped tomatoes.
Stir for 5mins.
8. There after, add a cap of water and close the pan with a lid for 10 minutes, for it to cook properly.
9. Remove the stuffing which is ready, in a dish.
10. Chop the top and bottom of the bhindi and slit them from the center.
11. Fill the stuffing into the bhindi and squeeze some lemon.
12. Put some olive oil on the pan, keep the flame in Sim while doing all this.
13. After the oil heats up, put the stuffed bhindis on to the pan and let it cook for 15-20 minutes.
14. When you can see that the bhindis are almost cooked, grate some cheese on it while over the stove itself. Let the cheese fall on the bhindis and not on the pan as cheese can burn with direct heat.
15. Glaze some honey on top and your dish is ready.
